每个人都是地球的统治者，是物的统治者。
Actually all men are the rulers for the Earth, for the things.
政治及其物化形式——政府，因人而生，为人而行，又因人而息，非历史也，非时间也，亦非物也。
The politics, including its materialization named the Government, are never created by the history, the time or the matter, but the human beings. All politics are only created by the human beings and serving the human beings, then rested by the human beings.
既为人政，何必制物呢？殊不知，是人制物，非人政也。如是思之，执政者则顺也，人民得利而人物合一也。
Since all politics are serving the human beings, there is no need for the politics to control the matter, but the human beings. Thought through it, the public servants would have successfully done their jobs and the people would earn a living by the non-confrontational unity of consciousness and matter.
不论资本主义，抑或社会主义，皆为物而思，与上述有失偏颇，危机遍生乃顺之必然；如为人而想，人物合一，则豁然开朗，而蒸蒸日上乃顺之必然。
All the politics, the capitalism and the socialism, against their above created mission, are working for the matter, and crises would be coming one by one. However, thought through the human beings up to the non-confrontational unity of consciousness and matter, we would suddenly see the light, which would bring the well-beings here day after day.
谨此箴言献世界领导者三思而行。
